Separation point: 100mm with 6 SMD each. Pitch (chip center-to-center): 16.6mm. Solder pad spacing (center-center): 5.5mm. 1 roll = 5m. Max. flex tape length per feed: 5m. Length tolerance + thermal expansion: 1%, incl. 3M 9080A adhesive tape. Clean and degrease substrate before sticking! Do not peel off again! Required cooling compound: min. 75 gr/m.
